I live with my daughter who attends IUPUI. Her brother moved out and attend college in Florida. We have a furnished Bedroom or I can empty it and it comes with a walk in closet. I have an extra storage are under the stairs if need more space for additional things and you can use the bathroom downstairs as your main hygiene area, and I can accommodate a cabinet in the upstairs bathroom for daily essentials. I have a deep freezer so you can use the regular freezer as your freezer space. The living area has couch, recliner, and desk area for my studies. There is a little workout area with weights and such. You have all access to the living room area and gym stuff. My computers are off limits. But their will be an additional desk in the dining area for you set up a study area. I have two cats and two dogs that I care and maintain them all. I am walking distance from the work and I own a Ring security camera to monitor all activities at the home.

I am a divorced women with grown children and my daughter is a full time student and I am working a full time job and in school to become licensed in my field. I don’t have parties and I stay to myself. I read and go hiking and stuff on the weekends. From Monday - Thursday I like the house to be quiet by 10pm. Unless your downstairs with your company. No overnight guest are welcomed, unless a family member and it’s for a overnight visit. I can always accommodate and work with any situation, if you are honest and not wait until the last minute. My daughter has her own room and she will be in and out as she pleases. She normally is home on the weekends only, unless she is at her boyfriend house. She keeps to herself and if solely focused on school and extra curricular activities.
