Indoor laundry room with washer/dryer. Central AC, large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dedicated kitchen space/cabinets for a tenant. Shared bathroom is large, has a tub and dual sinks. Bathroom is shared with a male professional.

Room has a closet and is currently furnished with a queen bed/mattress, side table/lamp or it can be unfurnished, it’s up to you. Windows have blinds and curtains are available. Lots of extra storage space/cabinets for your stuff - see photos.
