Sara's room

Currently looking for a roommate to inhabit my spare bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment. Third floor, walk in closet available in the room I am renting. Full furnished shared living spaces, but the room I’m renting is unfurnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space. Rent would be $450 split, with utilities split separately month to month, depending on what the cost of electric and gas come to (winter months gas bill higher, summer months electric higher). Wifi is an extra $20 monthly. Parking is on street.

I am a 26 year old full time teacher, with a weekend job as well. I am hardly ever home, I am either at work or at the gym! I am just looking for a roommate for the spare bedroom I have to help split the costs of rent and utilities. I have 2 cats, both are fixed and friendly. I am extremely clean, and rarely have people over the house. I’ve lived alone for 6 years, but could use a roommate at this point of my life. I require someone who is also a hard worker and like minded. I never really invite people over either.
