Hello everyone! We are seeking a third roommate for our 3-bedroom in Powderhorn starting December 1st (with potential flexibility to be sooner). The rent is $550 a month, with utilities included except gas/internet and shared household expenses (toilet paper, dish soap, etc), and no pets allowed. Featuring a backyard, a balcony, and close to the park! This is also located very close to the 14 bus line, which will get you just about anywhere downtown, and the 22 line, which will get you anywhere uptown. Lease is from December 1st to August 31st. I work at a tech company downtown, and am gone most days during the day. I am relatively quiet but always open to having guests and hanging out! I am relatively COVID conscious; I am continuing to wear my mask on the bus/at the grocery store.

Other tenant has just recently signed the lease and will also be moving in on December 1st. She works at a farm and I am excited to get to know her better as well as you!
