ROOM FOR RENT: Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (preferably a girl). I have a bedroom in a 5bed/3bath house 5 minutes from the UofA that’s $520 a month, not including electricity. The room shares a bathroom with one person. Electricity is about $80 per person. We also have an internet plan that’s $10 per person. In total, you’d pay about $620 a month.
