Rooms for rent in Harbeson Area (off of 9) / Milton. Quiet neighborhood, Hunters Mill Estates. 2 bedrooms for rent. No smokers, drugs or pets. $700 per room, includes utilities (WiFi, electric and water). 1 person per room. If one person wants to rent both room - I’ll be happy to work out a better deal. My master bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house. The two guest bedrooms have a bathroom in between them. One room is slightly furnished (as seen in the photo) and the other is empty. Both rooms are almost equally the same size.
About the roomies
I’m hardly here, because my job has me on the road a lot. I need someone responsible to respect and take care of the house since I’ll hardly be here.
