The unit is located at Kelsey Ridge apartments in Bellevue. It is a wonderful complex and I have been living there for over 2 years. The neighbors are quiet and there are lots of trees. I have never had any issues with maintenance or the office staff. Cats are allowed at the complex provided pet rent is paid. Neighboring residents also often let their cats out to roam and they are friendly enough to pet!
About the roomies
Currently the only tenant is a 24M, Michael. He is clean and quiet most of the time. He does work swing/evening shift and is home around 11pm each work night. Michael is introverted and likely would keep to himself most times, so you would be free to enjoy your own space.
