Spacious and affordable, relatively quiet street considering it’s uptown. The space itself is gorgeous– I’ve been really happy with it for it the last two years.

I consider myself a clean and neat person, but my philosophy towards others is to give the benefit of the doubt.Typically I’m reading and watching movies, so you’ll find that things are kept pretty quiet. Parking on this street is super easy, and three-season is super nice. The big trade off is that the unit comes with one very small bathroom, which might take some getting used to. Apartment comes with one very social and friendly cat.
