This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a single bathroom with two sinks for your personal hygiene products on one side. There is one other room that is set up for music items and is open for compromise to set up a way we can all enjoy. A common room with a couch and coffee table. The property is located directly across from the college and our neighborhood is fairly quiet albeit.

The roommate you’ll be housing with after I leave will be a gentleman named Connor 22 years old. He is a guitarist with a passion for music and video games. He doesn’t attend the school but is open to any students that need housing for a fairly good price.
