Home is a 3 bed/2 bath with A/C. Owned and occupied by a fun, outgoing single lady and her two adorable dogs. Welcoming any gender to apply. You will be sharing the main living areas with her, the doggos and whomever rents the other room. All utilities and washer/dryer are included in the set price as well as access to the community activities listed above (which are covered monetarily by the owner so you do not need to). No smoking allowed inside the home, but there is a patio area, and no pets as there are already two little ones to enjoy. Rooms can come furnished or not and there is some room for storage if needed.
