Canyon Ridge Drive

It is a 5 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms and 3 car garage. A garage can be rented for an additional $100 per month; use only for car parking or storage. NOT to storge chemicals, work on cars, building things, large tools, pets, etc. Good size backyard with two patio areas. Laundry room provided. Community areas of the house include the living room, dining room & family room. Utilities & wifi are NOT included in the rent. They are divided between the tenants & paid independently of the rent each month. NO pets are allowed. Trash day is Wednesdays. Everyone is responsible for taking the trash bins to the curb and bringing the back to the yard area.
As owner, regular periodic visits do occur with advance notice.

Currently, there are two tenants with a total of 3 very young, very active children, ages 3 & 4 years old, lol. Preference is that new tenant is a female as this has been the current nature & comfort of the household. The mission is to work together in a cooperative way as to manage “your” child(ren) and your space as well as the community spaces i.e. the kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room and family room. A schedule is provided for the laundry room.
