~Home location~

This home is in the Stetson Hills area and has quick access to the highway, so getting anywhere in the Springs in a short time is very feasible. By car, this home is located: -5 minutes from First & Main Town Center with plenty of eating, shopping, and entertainment like movies –16 minutes from Peterson SFB -23 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport -25 minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs –31 minutes from the Air Force Academy -31 minutes from Ft. Carson -36 minutes from manitou Springs.

~About the home~

This home has a mix between modern and warm feeling with hardwood floors all through out and has plenty of natural lighting throughout.

House is equipped with a Simplisafe system to include smart locks, so you have a private code. All rooms have locking doorknobs for privacy and security of your private area. All 4 rooms are upstairs with hardwood floors, the rooms available share a bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, and a toilet. There’s spacious kitchen, living room that now has a 85“ tv with surround sound, dining area, a study that is used for gaming and the dog’s food and water, a mudroom with a toilet, sink, washer, and dryer, parking in the driveway house with motion activated lighting, and a beautiful backyard with a grill and fire pit.

I am currently working to finish the basement within the next month or two it has egress windows locked from the inside with safety pull pins. It will have a pool/ping pong table area theater room with wet bar. The basement is also being used as storage till finished

~About the rent~

utilities are $90 and Internet is $20 per month. First month’s rent, utilities, and rent are all due at signing.

All in all, this is a truly beautiful home, and it deserves renters that will take care of it like it’s their own.

~Current roommates~

In my room I have 1 female (26) and 1 Toddler he is super chill. Everyone loves him like he’s one of the bros. All other roommates say that they never hear him, and he doesn’t bother them at night I currently have 1 roommate and in his room he also has 1 toddler, seeking one more. I’m prior Army now workings as a contractor, 26F is a social worker with her masters, and our current roommate is a leasing officer. I would love nothing more than to find another roommate that can help me continue this healthy home environment. We have two dogs 1 female Newfoundland and 1 male small husky mix. The Newfoundland goes by Nala, Nala is the sweetest dog ever. She’s the definition of a homebody and just wants food and love. The Husky goes by Luka, Luka is a little shy but very sweet and friendly he doesn’t howl like a typical husky.

~What I’m looking for in a roommate~

I am looking to occupy my home with younger tenants (early 20s to mid 30s), as I’m in my mid-twenties. I will interview all possible renters first, then allow my current roommates to meet you and ask any questions that they may have. I am looking for roommates that are good about keeping their area clean, will clean up after themselves, and are willing to take initiative to do chores around the house. Of course, I care about keeping our beautiful home clean, but I understand that things happen (I expect messes cleaned up with in the day) I am also looking for roommates that are comfortable with addressing issues before they grow into something that could have been avoided and can handle being a part of these conversations. I’m a very straightforward person and expect the same level of courtesy out of my roommates. I’m into snowboarding, the gym football, basketball at the park, overlanding, exploring the state (nature and cities), and trying new things. Finding a new roommate that’s into similar things is not a requirement but could be fun for all of us. I would really like someone that is comfortable with coming out of their room and spending time with the group.
