Pacolet Street

I live in Lakes of Summerville off Lincolnville Road. I own a 3-bedroom house and currently want to rent out 1 of the rooms. The other room is an office so it will not be rented out. The house is about 10 minutes from downtown Summerville, very close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and close to the interstate.

I am pretty laid back, open to hanging out in the evenings, or sticking to ourselves. I am up around 4:30am and not home till around 5:00pm most days. I do contract work with DHS, so work consumes a large chunk of my week. Not a smoker, you are welcome to smoke outside, unfortunately I can not do 420 friendly due to my career. I do enjoy a good bourbon or whiskey. I have two cats that roam the house but are kept out of the spare rooms. I am pretty laid back with most things just appreciate a heads up. I have some furniture that can be used in the room if needed, and kids can be a discussion. I am open to rental time frames, including if you are stationed here 2-4 years or 6 month set ups.
