Yosha's room

We are looking for a responsible housemate to fill the ground floor 1-bedroom ensuite (w/ your own private bathroom) of a 4b/4b townhouse. The house is a 2017 new construction in pristine condition with high ceilings, in-room AC and heater (so you can adjust temperature for your own floor), marble tiled shower over tub and large windows with both blinds and blackout curtains. This room features direct entry from the garage with a shared entryway but lots of privacy since you are the only suite on this floor. There are two closets in your room including a lighted walk-in closet and a sliding closet. The washer/dryer are on the third floor laundry room which is shared. The house is less than 10-min walk to Hillsdale Caltrain, Hillsdale Mall, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Crunch Gym, Blue Bottle Coffee, parks and more. The 250 bus also stops a few steps away on the block.

We are a late 20s / early 30s married couple. One of us works in finance and the other is a nursing student. We are generally laid back and like to keep to ourselves but enjoy playing video games and staying active with basketball, pickle ball, going to the gym, etc. We will be occupying the master suite on the third floor and room / bath on the second floor. The kitchen is a shared space and we can discuss house rules for serious inquiries.
