Brian's room

I have an unfurnished room available for rent. It is a little over 10’ by 10’. I want to try this out and see if I could help someone and it would help me, too. The bathroom will be shared and the washer and dryer are in the bathroom as well. Living room is open but that will change as I purchase furniture. House is pretty minimal since I am always working. Kitchen has good space and you will have your own refrigerator, caveat being it’s outside the kitchen sliding glass door. Any questions, please ask.

I do not mind if anyone is smoking, but it cannot be inside the house and cannot smell like it inside.

The price of the room is based on costs about half of everything. I will absorb the additional costs. This is a great area, being close to Chisholm Creek area and highway access to be downtown in minutes.

I telework so I am home all of the time. I’m pretty chill, keep to a routine, stay tidy, love gardening, and occasionally I’ll go out on a weekend evening for work. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. 🙂
