Our lease is ending in May and we have two rooms available for some cool new roomies! The property is located on Rio Salado and Dobson in west-mid Mesa (willing to DM address) and sits directly across from the Mesa Riverview Grand Park.

There are two shopping districts, a gym, and several well priced restaurants all within less than a mile.

• No cats or dogs due to allergies (other pets are ok)
• No couples or single parents -420 friendly
• We’d like our roommate to be in our age range (20’s - 35 y/o)

Pricing and Lease Term:

• The Lease is from May 1st, 2023 - May 1st, 2024. Earlier move in can be accommodated if needed.

• The total monthly cost for each room is $825 which includes utilities.

• There is a 1 months rent refundable security deposit that is returned at the end of the lease.

Amenities:

• In house washer + dryer
• Safe street parking
• a backyard pool with weekly maintenance
• 24/7 access to housing maintenance

The ideal roommate is someone who is kind, responsible, and likes to keep to themselves. Our home is very very quiet because of my work as well as we are quiet people in general. We are looking for people who share the same values and hobbies and who won’t cause drama. Personally I like become friends with my roommates and getting to know them.

My name is Drew and I’m from Santa Monica, CA where I was born and raised. I’ve got a total beach boy personality with hints of nerdom mixed in. Big 420 lover and avid gamer. I’m a simple person who lives a minimalist lifestyle.

I work from home at my little desk and just hang out making the space a relaxing one. I’ve lived here in this house for the last 4 years with two very respectful ladies and caretake for the home currently.

I love to make friends with roommates but of course respecting privacy/comfort zones is primo. You’ll always find me watching TV (especially Bob’s Burgers), spending time with my girlfriend and stepdog or playing games.

I tend to mind my own business but I’m always available for conversation and important things. I’ve also got a library of multiplayers games if that’s enticing :p
