About the room

Spacious duplex apartment in a very nice Bushwick area, nice restaurants, shops, convenient stores, Dunkin Donuts, Popeyes nearby. City bike duck a block away, a 7 min walk to L train Morgan (bus stop right across), 12 min walk to the Central Ave. M train, 14 min walk to Myrtle Ave Station. 11 min walk to The House of Yes.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a basement were I spend most of my time when I am at home.

Rooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment with ample space in between them.

This room is furnished, small refrigerator in room, shared bathroom, TV and Amazon stick inside the room.

You can use my dance studio downstairs to workout or photography studio.

We also have a shared backyard with the unit across the hall. I have three small quiet long hair super sweet Chihuahuas that any dog lover would fall in love with them (resident dogs).

About the roomies

I am a professional artist and professional jewelry Model maker. I am organized, clean, honor shared spaces and privacy, loving, fun, active, social and loved going out dancing before Covid. I spend most of my time in the basement or in my room.

I have three long hair quiet Chihuahuas, I meditate (in my room), exercise, Zumba, sometimes yoga (living room space shortly after I get home at 5pm). I Love making art projects and keeping things to myself as I am either at work early, getting ready for work or having fun with family, friends and art, I am a fun lover with respect of others and like going out dancing (not so much right now). I respect people’s spaces, I collaborate and communicate well with others. Good communication is key to having successful relationships. I meal prep on Sundays or Monday evening usually, takes about four hours, but I hardly use the kitchen during the week unless is to make coffee and heat up my meals or the usual fried egg… I don’t eat out very much.
