Preston on the Lake Boulevard

Hi I am not to picky on who i am looking for just so long as you are polite and respectful. The house is a modern single wide, in a nice mobile home community, located in little elm tx right next to Little elm bay in Lewisville lake. There is a full kitchen with an electric stove and large refrigerator, you will have your own bedroom and the guest bathroom. I am willing to install locks on your door for further privacy if wanted. I am fairly casual and tend to work a lot, I expect both of us to keep the common areas clean as much as possible though.
