This unit is in the basement within this 4 bed/4bath townhome, secluded from the owner with its own entrance and exit. The room for rent has plenty of storage for clothes and anything else needed to store. The renter would have their own bathroom. The laundry is right outside of the room. The kitchen is one floor up and is shared. The house backs up to a wooded area with a field, great for active people who like to run or play sports. There is a full gym downstairs to be shared with the tenant as well with a rack, leg extension/leg curl machine, dumbells, bands, and more. The room is freshly painted with dark wood floors. The furniture seen in the photos will be removed and is not part of the room.

I live upstairs with my wife. We stay to ourselves and are very quiet people that enjoy relaxing weekends. My wife and I value living in clean areas and would expect the same from the tenant.
