Renting out the top floor (3rd flr) of town home. Top floor consists of a loft and a bedroom with private bathroom. Mini fridge will be provided though access to our kitchen will be given. House privileges are open. Laundry is in unit and available. With this rental property access to pool/ hot tub, gym and club house will be available as well. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to post office and minutes away from a good selection of shopping centers also Gen is about a 3 minute drive Costco is very near by as well.

We’re a family of 4. Husband and I are in our 30s our son is 15 and our well behaved fur baby is 4. Husband works from home M-F. My schedule is all over the place. The guys are usually gaming when they have free time. We enjoy game nights. I like to cook and bake. Our dog Tibbers is pretty calm. After a bit he’ll aclimate and come around for his scratchies.
