It’s a room somewhat finished a twin bed a work table shelves and the closet. Full use of the kitchen one meal a day included as soon as I figure out what kind of food you like no kids only light company

I’m a 56 year-old disabled man I don’t have the cleanest apartment in the world but I try I live a quiet life don’t have many friends here just my aunt and cousins I am usually easy to get along with the rules of my house are clear and need to be followed although I don’t have that many rules yes need to be approved by me I’m a good judge of character rent and deposit is negotiable
