The property is a duplex in one of Austin’s best neighborhoods. The neighbors are all awesome and it’s super quiet. It’s centrally located, with downtown Austin only a few minutes away by car. It’s walking distance from Zilker park and there’s a Tacodeli across the street. The bedroom is not furnished but everything else is.

Rent for the whole place is 2800/month but split between 2 people it’s 1400/month. There is a large room (pictured) and a smaller room. I’m willing to negotiate a lower rent if you want to move into the smaller room and vice versa.

I’m a filmmaker and youtuber, so I spend most of my time at work or, if I’m at home, I’m usually editing a video or watching a movie. I’m a major cinephile and I’ve got a massive collection of films here, so movie enthusiasts are welcome.
