It is a 3 bedroom floor plan. Each room is on a separate lease so you are not responsible for the other roommates. This room has a bathroom and walk in closet attached, and share the kitchen and living room. The rent is $650.00 and includes all utilities-water, wifi, garbage entirely and up to $75 of electricity. The largest electricity payment has been $4.78 for reference of how much it covers. There is in unit washer and dryer and the unit comes furnished with a bed, dresser, desk & chair, and nightstand. There is also a gym, tanning beds, basketball and volleyball courts, and a pool for resident use. These pictures are from the website simply for the sake of safety.
