Sapphire Drive

The condo is a 2-story, 922 sqft. unit within the Auburn Greens #1 HOA. The HOA maintains the exterior several times a week and provides access to a community pool during summer months. It is within walking distance of Target and the Auburn Regional Park.

You get the bedroom upstairs nearest the stairs and bathroom. There is a sliding door closet for storage. The window overlooks the grassy front yard. The main area is 10x11 ft. (110 sqft.) with an extra 2.5x11 ft. (27.5 sqft.) if you include the entryway and closet (137.5 sqft. total).

There is only one bathroom so it has to be shared. I will make room for you to use about half of the storage space.

Laundry is in a shared laundry facility for the 4 units in the building. Washers and dryers each cost $2 per load and you preload a card to pay the machine.

I currently use the carport, so you will have to park on the street. We can swap so you get the carport for a slightly higher rent.

All utilities are included for simplicity. I have 50 mbps Internet, which is fast enough for most things. It’s currently capped at 300 GB per month, but I will upgrade to unlimited data when you move in.

Cats are fine but should probably be indoor only and must be very good with a litter box. I cannot accommodate a dog.

24-year-old male. I’m the owner and live in one of the two bedrooms. I work evenings right now from 2 pm to midnight, so I get home about 15 minutes after midnight most work nights, which vary each week. I’ve worked grave shifts for this job, which start at midnight. Either way, I will likely be coming or going at that time.

I don’t usually have anyone over or make much noise. I do watch movies and shows on the TV downstairs fairly often. Otherwise, I’m in my room working on something. I have a family login for Netflix and HBO Max, which I can share. A Nintendo Switch, too (not many games).

I don’t use the kitchen much at all, so if you are into cooking, it’s basically yours. A lot of storage is available both in the cabinets and refrigerator for your own food. I keep a limited supply since I eat at work.

I keep a lot of books downstairs. Feel free to read them.
