Rudy's room

Hello! I have a room available for rent. It’s on the Northwest side of the city. It’s a garden apartment in a single family home. Plenty of street parking. The whole house is gated with a front, side and backyard. Cameras on the outside of the house. Safe, quiet friendly neighborhood.

The whole apartment will be open for your use except my bedroom. The room for rent is small with a built in closet. Room has a window for natural light. Currently room has a queen size box spring and needs a mattress. I can get rid of it if you don’t wish to use it. I have another spare bedroom that can be used for storage as I do. Looking to share the place with an older female around my age.

Living in the apartment is me, my yellow lab, 2 sister cats and a fish tank. I am 43, single and have a career. My sister, her family and our mom live upstairs. There are no stairs inside to go upstairs or downstairs. On the weekends or evenings when the weather is nice you can always find someone outside of the house. I rarely have guests over unless it’s a preplanned get together or festival. I do smoke cigarettes but never inside the house. I don’t use any kind of drugs including pot. I don’t care if you do but just do it outside. I do drink alcohol but don’t abuse it.
