Currently looking to take on a female roommate to fill a large, previous Frat House. Ideally college students, military, and/or professionals. A woman who is kind and respectful, responsible, able to communicate, and on top of general cleanliness within common areas.

We are located 2 blocks from Old Dominion University off of Colley Ave, on a dead end street.

This house, built in 1901, is huge with 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Features include a large living room, kitchen, dining room, great front porch. The kitchen currently has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, stove, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Laundry room off of the kitchen with washer, dryer, litter robot and access to fenced back yard. Central heat and air. No fuss lawn care. All bedrooms are upstairs with slightly askew hardwood floors. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. Ring security cameras on site. Single occupancy rooms.

$777 a month, unfurnished room.

$888 a month, furnished room includes a full size bed, new bedding (sheet set and pillows) with 2 dressers, floor rug, nightstand and lamp.

House rules:

No sleepovers.

No visiting kids.

We are mother and daughter, from Virginia Beach, and moved in during September 2022. Daughter, 20, currently in college and works full-time. Additionally she has 3 indoor cats and a large super friendly dog. Mother, 48, making sure daughter is taken care of and achieving her goals. Cancer Survivor, MBA.

Additionally, 2 other female roommates, both 22 and working full time. So quiet & polite. :)
