Room is upstairs , shared bath access to common areas. On-site laundry one -two loads a week, more if needed within reason.
I live here with my two sons that share a loft 22 and 15 yrs old. My 22 year old is not here often. Two other roomies both female with background checks. One has been with me for one year and the other about 4 months. Month to month agreement. I work from home Other roomies do not one does work nights so is usually asleep during the day we have one small dog that is quiet .
Everyone is welcoming, responsible the idea is we live like a family setting . They enjoy social time with roomies. Watch a show, have some tea, glass of wine or just chit chat about the day.
