Room is upstairs , shared bath access to common areas. On-site laundry one -two loads a week, more if needed within reason.
I live here with my two sons 17 yrs old. And 23 year old. I work from home Other roommate works nights so is usually asleep during the day she has one small dog he’s quiet my son has a large dog outside but also is quiet.

Everyone is welcoming, responsible the idea is we live like a family setting . They enjoy social time with roomies. Watch a show, have some tea, glass of wine or just chit chat about the day.
