Racoon Valley Road Southeast

Lake House on Lake St. Claire (12 minutes from Olympia), looking for 1 roommate although a couple may be considered. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with washer/dryer in-house, large waterfront backyard including private dock, large living room, and updated kitchen, as well as plenty of storage space. Pet-friendly, we have 1 well-trained dog & 1 polite cat. This house is very unique, with an additional mudroom & incredible window-filled sunroom (my favorite addition to this house.) Smoking is permitted but must strictly be done outside.

We are a young couple (23 & 24) and love our water activities. We have a collection of kayaks & paddleboards, and are up for sharing. We drink socially, and enjoy our crime shows!
