Close to downtown and centrally located in Kansas City Missouri. The Monarch Monastery is a beautiful sacred space that hosts nine bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located in the beautiful historic Scarritt Neighborhood. The Monastery is surrounded by grand historic homes, churches, parks and fountains! The house host several communal spaces including large rooms with cathedral ceilings and extra space for your own library or office. With a large gated back yard it’s perfect for you and your companion. A large wrap around pouch and private enclosed patio make the outdoor spaces just as inviting as the indoors. The house also boast a spacious open kitchen, well stocked, with new stainless steel appliances. The atmosphere of the Monarch Monastery is inviting and warm with an ambiance of quietness and serenity. On occasion the house hosts healing events like sound meditations, breath work, cacao ceremonies, and yoga. The two wings each have their own large furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has two closets and comes with an additional spare bedroom and closet for your office or library. Each wing has a bathroom with shower which is only shared when the guest rooms are in use. I offer 1-3 month leases with a 1 month probationary period to see if the house and it’s culture are the right fit for both of us.
