The apartment complex is called South Beach Apartments. The location is great because it’s gated and kind of tucked away by other residential buildings and is just minutes away from the beach and oceanfront. This apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, washer & dryer, balcony, fully furnished living & dining room/kitchen area, and even your own bathroom! The complex is also very pet-friendly and offers so many amazing amenities such as, resort-style pool area with lounge couches & grills, gym, dog park, walking paths, community events & food trucks. Everyone here including the leasing staff and maintenance crew are all so friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a very cozy and peaceful home with outstanding service then this is the place for you!

The other services such as energy, internet, water, trash fee, sewage, waste removal, storm water, and pet fee (if have), are not included in the amount per month listed above. You will be responsible for paying your fair share of those as well.

The complex asks to renew the lease in December and I really want to continue living here so that’s why I’m trying to find a new roommate now.

My name is Kim, I’m 23 and I work as lead salesperson for a dress shop. I moved to the area because of my job so this is my first time really on my own and living in a new place. I’m looking for a female roommate, one I could possibly become friends with but I totally get it if you keep to yourself. I’m a very chill and relaxed person to live with. I’m not really a messy person, I always like to keep things clean and tidy. I like to go to the gym a lot, do kickboxing, cook, sew, read, decorate the apartment based on the season/holiday, go on adventures and always try new things. I don’t mind smoking at all as long as it’s done outside on the balcony (that’s what I do), and vaping is okay inside because I do that too.
