About the room
Unfurnished master bedroom with private bathroom available. My sister is currently moving out and i need someone to take over the room. Looking to split rent in half which is around 800 including utilities. Unfortunately no amenities in the apartment complex save for an on site laundromat but it’s fairly close to shopping in central sparks and has new appliances. Females preferred but open to anyone if compatible.
