About the room
Hi! I have a flex room (living room space) available for a month to month basis. A quick 5 min walk from NYU campus on Thompson St in Greenwich Village.
It’s a 1B1B apartment so kitchen and bathroom will be shared. It’s a clean space, good amount of sunlight/view, and renovated bathroom & kitchen.
Feel free to decorate and furnish your space to make it yours! You can also put up a curtain or divider, for added privacy between your space and the living room / kitchen.
About the roomies
I’m working full time & a student at NYU. I am moved into the bedroom and need someone to help me with the rent. Hence, I am renting out the living room space.
I like to explore new places, if you’re new to the area and need recommendations on food spots or things to do, I’m always down to go together on the weekends or after work.
