I have a 1,400+ sqft 2 bed 2 bath condo located 15-20 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from East Nashville. I am looking for a roommate to take over my second bedroom and bath. I am a busybody and love to stay active whether it be at the gym or exploring the city. The condo has a 2 vehicle carport, pool, washer/dryer, and community clubhouse. Utilities will be split evenly. The only room not furnished is the empty bedroom. The property has a security system in use as well.
About the roomies
The only things living in this home are my Goldendoodle and my many plants. Looking for someone who is dog friendly.
