Must be a young female with a full time job and proof of income. Preferably late 20s-40. Someone who is very clean, considerate and respectful of ones shared space. Must be ok with splitting chores of cleaning the shared areas. Must be friendly and outgoing and someone that is very responsible with bills and pays on time each and every month no excuses. Drama free please and easy to get along with. First month rent and 1 month security deposit up front required. Rent is $1100/month not including con ed bill. Does include internet. It’s a gorgeous apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes away from Manhattan. Street parking. Laundry located 2 minutes away from apartment. Supermarket 2 minutes away and gym 3 minutes away. Easy walk to Steinway only 5 minutes. Living room is fully furnished already. Room not furnished.
