Room unfurnished but have furniture, no bed. Custom home, 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in really nice neighborhood… north of Belair shopping plaza. Resort like backyard with outdoor kitchen and beautiful pool. Indoor has French kitchen, hardwood and travertine floors. Laundry facilities available on site. Looking for non-smoker, clean, easy going. No drugs-no drama.

One other roommate to share bath. He plays golf and works part-time. I am on other side of house, not around too much but when home in my office. We are professionals, clean and considerate.
