Hello! I’m renting a room in my completely remodeled / updated 4 bedroom 1,700sqft home. Rooms are pretty much all the same size. You would have the biggest room on the 2nd floor. I have a dresser, bookshelf, table and chair, and a queen size mattress. I do not have a frame yet. You can either have it furnished or not. I’m located in Westfield MA and very close to Stanley park, restaurants, and grocery stores. I’m asking $850 and we would split the electric bill, it averages $120 per month. It comes with everything else: Wifi, hot water, heat, ac in warmer months if needed.

Im a clean person and I’m a veteran that works from home, so I am home most of the time. I have two kids 3 and 5 that I have 50% of the time and two dogs and two kittens. I’m open for another cat but probably not another dog. I would prefer you be comfortable with kids and animals please! There are peaceful times in the house but we like to live and have fun 😊. So, we can be loud at times but they are kids so we don’t stay up late. Message me if this could be a good fit for you!
