About the room
The neighborhood is an OK place. I mean it is Stockton after all so you kind of already know how the area is. We do live near food 4 less and major fast food joints. There is a gas station and liquor store and a smoke shop right around the corner. Our place is right in the middle of the 5 and the 99 highways. It’s a 3 bed 2 bath house with a full kitchen. There is also a garage but half of the garage is going to be turned into a hang out spot. Me and my husband will be staying in the master and our son will be staying in the second room which leaves the last room available for us to rent.
About the roomies
There is only 3 people living in the house. Ii will be me, my husband and my 8 years old son. Me and my husband are in our late 30’s early 40’s.
