I live in a nice peaceful mobile home park called Sunshine valley its a single wide mobile home with 3 bedrooms two baths I’m renting out a room to help split rent.rent includes utilities internet is available but if i can get paid 25 a month to help cover the cost. Security deposit is last months rent I want a copy of your proof of background check.NO HARD DRUGS AND MUST BE CLEAN. The pictures of the room are of its current state its slowly getting unoccupied as you can see thats a full size bed and theres room for a dresser plenty of space to walk around
