Deposit will be $900 and monthly rent will be $745. All payments go through me and I arrange the full payment with our rental company and utilities. Lease is 1 year and Utilities are separate (see below for info on utilities)

About the room: Medium sized room with a large window. Also has a closet with sliding doors. sliding doors in photo have mirrors, these are broken and being replaced with plain doors (NO MIRRORS, photos show doors with mirrors these will be gone by the time the room is available). It is also very bright in this room when the sheet is not over the window.

About the house: Medium/Large two story home. The bedrooms are all upstairs. You would share the upstairs bathroom and shower with the other F roommate. Downstairs is the common area, there is a large living/dining room, full kitchen, washer and dryer unit and a half bathroom. Each person would have their own cabinet and storage in the kitchen. Everyone buys and eats their own food. We also have a small backyard, no grass but it’s cute regardless. There is a garage however indoor parking is taken by myself and the other roommate. You would park on the street, however, every other month you do get inside parking with our guest parking spot (we share this with our neighbor).

Pets: I have 2 cats and the other roommate who is staying has 1 cat. All of the cats are extremely friendly and love attention, however, my cats primarily stay in the master bedroom while the other cat will roam pretty freely and generally roams the common areas and any open rooms freely. We are open to more cats but no dogs.

About Us: There is a total of 3 of us in the house. My boyfriend and I have the master bedroom and the other roommate is F. We all work full time and are very easy going and relaxed. Usually, if we are home we are cooking, watching tv or just relaxing. We are not loud but we are definitely not quiet either. Everyone has varying schedules and friends so while it is pretty quiet most of the time, we do both enjoy a party or guests and would invite you to do the same. We are also regular 420 users so I want to be clear you have to be comfortable with that in the house daily.

Bills: Utilities are not included. These typically vary each Month as the power bill is every other month. Months with no power bill range from $30-$60. Power bill months, utilities are closer to $50-$80 in the winter and $150-$180 in the summer (we generally prefer to keep it comfortably cool due to the animals in the house). All bills will be split evenly 4 ways and paid to me as received. Generally due with rent or as soon as the bills are ready (usually within the first week)
