I have a private, furnished bedroom with a shared bathroom for rent in a brand new 4 bedroom home. I am a 29 yr old Christian male and the other roommate is in his early 30s. Looking for another Christian male 25-32. Full access to all common areas including laundry room. Rent is $700 all bills paid. $500 security deposit. Must be willing to submit to a background/reference check. Flexible on length of lease, but would prefer 6 months to a year. Room will be available 4/1.
