The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom roughly 1600 square feet. The house is on water, & is in a very respectable subdivision. Try are just some small ground rules but nothing to serious if your not wild and crazy. There is a flat rent for the bedroom and bathroom, all utilities we will split in half.
