Parking on the street is no problem. Live across the street from a grocery store and several spots to grab a bite to eat. I just graduated and have family matters to take care of back home. There are currently 2 men and 2 women living in the apartment. All four are young adults in their third or fourth year at Cal Poly. Very friendly roommates! All I can ask for is that you respect the apartment and keep things relatively clean.
