Gibson's room

A spacious room with lots of natural light is available to rent right away. I’ll upload images as soon as I get home. Apartment has a common space living room and dining area as well as kitchen. There is a small balcony with stairs to a patio area in the back. The room comes with a large almost walk in closet. Washer and dryer on the property. There’s a parking spot you could rent for extra but street parking isn’t hard to come by. We’re located right off Virgil between Silverlake and East Hollywood. The neighborhood is pleasant with cool restaurants and shops, as well as centrally located in the city.

We’re 2 men in our mid 20s. Both of us are college educated, respectful and responsible with normal 9-5 type jobs. Ideally we’d rent to someone with a similar lifestyle to ours but it’s not a requirement. There is a cat here half the time. If you like cats in any capacity you’ll love him. It’s just important that you keep windows and doors closed while you’re here. Feel free to message me with any other questions. A few friends who might have taken the room backed out last minute so we are urgently trying to fill it.
