Hi! I am renting a spacious and beautiful 2 bed/2 bath in a quiet neighborhood. I am not really using the lower level/basement living room, bedroom, and bath, and was hoping to find somebody who would like to rent it. The duplex comes with a balcony and backyard, and a decent size kitchen. It comes with a double garage with space for one additional car. The rent will be split in half which will make it $625 not including bills. No pets allowed per owner.

I am a social worker that recently moved to the area. I love the beach, hiking, swimming, and the outdoors in general. When I am not out and about I enjoy reading and watching TV.
