Centralized Ac, heat and fan available. Walking distance to park and groceries and pharmacy and restaurants are less than 5 mins away.

We are a family of 3. We have a daughter who just started college. My husband works from home and I am a stay at home mom. I will be starting work soon. My daughter is out from 9-6pm M-F.
