Sequerra Street

My roommate(21F) and I(24M) are looking for two roommates to join us on our lease starting December 14th of this year. My roommate and I live in the two upstairs bedrooms and share a bathroom in this three level townhouse. The rooms that will be available will be a base floor bedroom(with hardwood floors and sliding glass door with access to street parking) and basement bedroom with spacious family room, office space, bathroom, and two utility rooms. The base level room has a bathroom right across the hall as well. The price of $2,695 is split between each of the 4 roommates and comes out to about $675 per person each month with utilities varying each month depending on electricity usage.

I’m a 24 year old male who loves to spend time outdoors, browse the town, and go thrifting from time to time. My other roommate Abby is a rock climber and a pastry chef. We both work 40 hours a week, so on our work days the house is pretty quiet. We’re clean in the kitchens and common areas, but not clean freaks.
