Hardwood floors. 2 Reserved parking spaces in a carport. Street parking available for guests. Enclosed patio. Quiet community with designated quiet hours at 10PM.

Location: Walking distance to Triangle Square and 55 freeway. Less than 10min from Newport Coast.

The bedroom is unfurnished; the rest of the home is furnished and you’re welcome to use kitchen items and relax in the common areas. The lease is month-to-month initially to make sure we’re a good fit. From there, long term is preferred.

Hi! I’m a 35-year-old working professional and self-employed, so my schedule can vary from week to week. I really value keeping a clean, calm, and peaceful home, and I’m easygoing and friendly.

I’m looking for a single female roommate who is respectful, tidy, and communicative. This isn’t a party house, but it’s a comfortable, relaxed space to come home to. If you’re easygoing, considerate, and enjoy a relaxed environment, you’ll fit right in!

Because my schedule changes and I’m often in and out during the day, the space may not be the best fit for someone who works from home full-time.

I do have a very friendly cat, so unfortunately I can’t allow additional pets.
