You have your own bedroom with bathroom inside. Washer and dryer in unit. There’s a half bath downstairs. We have 2 parking spaces in a carport as well as street parking. Walking distance to triangle square. Close to 55 freeway. I do have a cat and she’s very friendly! She might try and snuggle you at night, so I hope that’s okay!! Because of her, I can’t allow other pets in the unit. We have a small enclosed patio outside you’re welcome to use. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is. You’re free to use any items in the kitchen and feel comfortable in the communal areas :)

My roommate of 5 years is moving out in December so I’m looking for a female replacement. I’m 32 and work full-time Tues-Fri from 9:00am-8:00pm. I’m mostly only home on weekends, and even then I’m mostly out and about. I generally don’t have people over but if you want to every now and again, that’s no problem.
