Private room in a 1700 sq ft townhome! We’re located in a quite new build area in Mesquite, a great home base that’s about 20 minutes from places like the Dallas Farmers Market, Bishop Arts District and Deep Ellum. We have a neighborhood Walmart across the street, and a shopping area about 10 mins away. There is a pretty park up the street too if you’re like us and enjoy a daily walk! You’ll have free parking right out front the house, a private bathroom right next to your room, and walk-in closet! The room currently has a queen bed frame and mattress in there available for your use, but we can move it out if needed! The kitchen and living-room are shared spaces, but the office and main bedroom are not. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and we have a Ring doorbell for security at the front door.

We are both females, 22 years old and have been dating for 2 years now! We just moved into our first home together but as a law student and nursing student, we need the extra roomie! We have a 3 year old pit mix, Frankie, that is an absolute angel. She loves attention and cuddles but stays in our room when we are not home. We both work and go to school full-time, and consider ourselves pretty active and social!
