Must be organized and pick up after yourself, everyone living in house are resposible in keeping all areas clean.

Location - West Long Branch/Oceanport/Eatontown, close to beach, parkway, train, and places like Red Bank / Asbury Park.

What is included for $800: Bedroom with two closets. All utilities including internet and washer/dryer, parking spot, gym in basement, and large yard. Room can be furnished if needed.

The property is also a business with a recording studio. Business hours are from 11am - 10pm daily. Landlords live on first floor. You and another male will be sharing a bathroom on the second floor.

Landlords: 30 year old male/ female couple - live on first floor. Male runs recording studio on second floor. Female is a teacher. Both big video gamers and anime nerds. Super easy to get along with, chill, clean, etc. We like to have friends over once or twice a month for game nights, otherwise we like to have a quiet, relaxing home in our free time.
