A 2 bed 2 bath in a brand new building at 15th & Brandywine, one block from the Spring Garden BSL station and a large Giant grocery store. It’s a completely enclosed bedroom (not partial height walls or a loft space) with its own bathroom. There’s also a living room balcony facing adjacent houses. The building has a rooftop space with a decent view of center city. I have living room furniture but let me know if there’s something you really want to bring and we can discuss. The bedroom is un-furnished. The apartment doesn’t face the street so there’s no traffic, ATV, or dirtbike noise. Has in-unit laundry, new front loading units. Each bedroom has its own mini-split heating and cooling. You’ll need to sign a lease through my landlord. He will perform background and credit checks. He also requires that monthly gross income be 3x rent. I do not represent any other properties.

I have my masters degree in architecture and work from home. I’ll have my desk in the bedroom. I’m male, 31. I’m pretty social but will definitely be accommodating if you prefer a quieter home.
